The conversion methods for various refrigeration units are as follows:
1.1 kcal\/h (large card/hour) s 1.163W, 1 W s 0.8598 kcal/h;
2.1 Btu\/h (UK-US/h) s 0.2931W, 1 W s 3.412 Btu/h;
3.1 USRT = 3.517 kW,1 kW = 0.28434 USRT;
4. 1 kcal/h = 3.968 Btu/h,1 Btu/h = 0.252 kcal/h;
5. 1 USRT = 3024 kcal/h,10000 kcal/h = 3.3069 USRT;
6.1 horse ( 2.5 kW for air-cooled units) and 1 horse for 3 kW (for water-cooled units)
(Cold storage cold volume calculation)
First, cold storage matching cold fans:
The load per cubic meter is calculated in W0 x 75W/m3.
If V (cold storage volume) 30m3, open the door more frequent cold storage, such as fresh meat storage, then the multiplier factor A is 1.2;
If 30m3 x V 100m3, the number of openings more frequent cold storage, such as fresh meat storage, then the multiplier factor A s 1.1;
If V.100m3, the number of openings more frequent cold storage, such as fresh meat storage, then the multiplier factor A s 1.0;
If a single refrigerator is a single refrigerator, then the multiplier factor B s 1.1 the final cold storage cold fan optional according to W-A-B-W0 (W is the cold fan load);
The cold storage refrigeration unit and the cold fan match are calculated by the evaporation temperature of -10oC.
Second, the cold storage matching cold fan:
The load per cubic meter is calculated in W0 x 70W/m3.
If V (cold storage volume) 30m3, the number of openings more frequent cold storage, such as fresh meat storage, then the multiplier factor A is 1.2;

When the cold storage is separated from the cryo-cabinet, the cold storage refrigeration unit and the chiller match are calculated according to the evaporation temperature of -30oC.
Third, cold storage processing between the matching cold fan:
The load per cubic meter is calculated in W0 x 110W\/m3.
If V (inter-processing volume) 50m3, then the multiplier factor A is 1.1;
If the factor A is 50m3, then the multiplier factor A is 1.0 the final cold storage air fan is selected according to W-A-W0 (W is the cold fan load);
When the processing room and the medium temperature cabinet share refrigeration unit, the unit and the air fan match according to the -10oC evaporation temperature calculation. When the processing room is separated from the medium temperature cabinet, the cold storage unit and the chiller match are calculated according to the evaporation temperature of 0oC.
